Become a Museum Volunteer and learn about any facet of the Museum's activities. Help out at Events, learn new skills in the Workshop or the Library, get involved in our Public Relations program or become a Tour Guide - the opportunities are virtually unlimited (see the list below for some specific areas of need).

Volunteers are critical to the Museum's daily operation and long-term success. Each year more than 200 people volunteer at the Owls Head Transportation Museum. Please contact the Museum's Volunteer Coordinator at 207-594-4418 if you would like to learn more about the Museum's Volunteer Program or if you would like an application for joining the program.
