World in Motion: Developed by the Society of Automotive Engineers, this exciting unit allows 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students the opportunity to experience the everyday applications automotive engineers make of math and science, with projects that are both fun and educational. Transportation and the Environment: Designed by the National 4-H Council, this unit studies the effects our choices in transportation have on the environment, and is comprised of five individual units for ease of use. For grades 9-12. Active Physics-Transportation: Developed by the American Assoc. of Physics Teachers and the American Institute of Physics, this textbook and Teacher's Edition unit explores High School physics in a fun and entertaining manner through a discussion of the science of everyday travel. |
