ca. 1875 Mergomobile
This rare example of an early French child's bicycle is built on a wooden frame with small cart wheels. It has a racheting spring-loaded cable drive operated by foot levers using vertical pumping action rather than revolving cranked pedals like a velocipede or a modern bicycle.
