William K. "Willie K" Vanderbilt encouraged the Renault factory to build ten smaller sized versions of the successful 1906-07 Renault Grand Prix cars. It is possible that fifteen were built. When Willie K. and his friends raced about the Long Island country side, the authorities initiated speed limit ordinances.

Specifications: Type AA, Series G, short wheelbase version of the 35/45 hp Grand Prix Racer; engine four-cylinder, in-line, water-cooled; bore 130 mm., stroke 140 mm., displacement 7.4 liters. Top speed 90 mph. Original price: $8,250 for chassis without body.
